Take I-90 (towards Erie, Pa if you're coming from the West -or- towards Cleveland, Oh if coming from the East). Take the OH-44 exit 200 towards Chardon. Turn left at OH-44 S and go 0.2 Miles. Turn left at Auburn Rd. Turn immediate right at Crile Rd. Turn left on Fredle Dr. Turn left into Gristmill Village Plaza. Then turn an immediate right within the Plaza and go to end. Office is on the left.

Take I-90 (towards Erie, Pa if you're coming from the West -or- towards Cleveland, Oh if coming from the East). Merge onto OH-11 North via exit 228 toward Ashtabula (5.2 Miles). Take the East 21st St. exit (0.2 miles). Turn left onto East 21st St (0.3 miles). Turn left onto Columbus Ave (0.1 miles). Turn right onto East 23rd St. (0.3 miles). Turn left onto Harbour Ave (less than 0.1 mile). Turn right onto East 24th St (0.3 miles). Turn left onto Lake Avenue (less than 0.1 miles). The Ashtabula Clinic building is on the left and the center is on the 3rd floor.
